Update on patches and updates available, implement them and setup standards
4. Full System Monitoring and Health Check
This includes daily or weekly System availability (uptime / downtime) monitoring, Backups, Performance, system log checks, system audits etc
We also offer only Monitoring services and raise alerts or issues via Phone, Email and SMS.
Monitoring Process
Systems Monitoring can be customized according to the requirements, but basically, we can monitor using :
1. Access via VPN or Webex or any remote tools to a desktop / laptop console is required for standard checks
2. For Full system Monitoring 24/7 or 8/6 or 8/5, remote access is required using which we shall configure our own tools to monitor or use clients available tools to monitor their systems.
We also offer Application and Database Monitoring using our Enterprise & Open Source tools.
Applications like - Apache, Tomcat, Oracle, Java / J2EE, Alfresco, Glassfish, Web Applications and many more are monitored using our Monitoring tools.
