The package offers next business day on site response, the intuitive and simple to use ticket system with escalation steps to resolution, support via remote, telephone and email, 3 on-site visits per month, 30 minute response time, PC, Laptop, MAC and network support, full site audit with a detailed documented set, managed licenses, software and warranty renewals, server monitoring for up to five servers, Outlook/email support and hardware upgrade support.
